At Univenture, our goal is to provide the best packaging and storage for your valuable discs. If you don't see the products that you need, or if you have questions regarding any of our products or your existing orders, our customer service representatives will be happy to help.

Making a purchase
Browse through our products, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We accept payment by credit card or PayPal. We CANNOT accept cash or COD orders online. We accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, and Discover card. Browse our online catalog to view product information. Click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. You may view the contents of your shopping cart at any time.

All prices are in US dollars.

Shipping and handling
Univenture uses many methods for shipping, including UPS, FedEx, DHL, and USPS. Expedited delivery is available for an additional charge. Orders shipped outside of the United States and Canada must email or call for a shipping quote, this includes Guam, Puerto Rico, APO and FPO. Please email us at sales@univenture.com. Shipping and handling charges are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Free shipping
Free ground shipping is available for online orders, of at least $100.00 - that go to a single U.S. address within the continental U.S. This offer applies to U.S. delivery addresses within the 48 contentinental U.S. states.

This free ground-shipping offer may be used in conjunction with other promotional offers. The qualifying amount is the total purchase amount before any discount is applied. We reserve the right to change or discontinue this free shipping offer at any time.

Delivery schedule
For standard delivery, please allow up to 2 weeks for standard in-stock orders to be processed and delivered. Most orders ship within three business days. Next day and second day service does not guarantee that the order will be delivered next day or second day, only that the order will be shipped via this method. Orders requesting expedited service that are received before 12:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, E.S.T. are typically shipped the same day. We reserve the right to substitute carriers as required.

Back orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax charges
Orders shipped to the states of Ohio and Nevada are subject to state sales tax. All taxes and other charges imposed by federal, state or foreign governments on the manufacture, sale, shipment, import, export or use of the goods, or services (other than income taxes) shall be paid by the Buyer. The buyer shall defend, indemnify and hold harmless Univenture from and against all liabilities for such taxes or charges and attorney's fees or costs incurred by Univenture in connection therewith.

Credit card security
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Online return policy
Univenture, Inc. offers a 30-day return policy for all online orders. This does not include custom orders or items noted as closeouts. Items may be returned at customer's expense and will only be accepted if product is received in original condition. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason please contact us at 800 992-8262 and speak with a customer service representative within the 30-day period for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns will only be accepted with an RMA number issued by Univenture, Inc. Please inspect your order upon arrival. We are unable to accept returns after the 30-day period has expired. Shipping and handling charges are NON-REFUNDABLE and a 15% restocking fee may apply. Consult your customer service representative when you call in for your RMA number. You can also refer to the warranty information listed below.

Privacy policy
Univenture does not disclose buyers' information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option. Credit card information is not retained in the cookies or on our web site.

Terms and conditions
Suitability for any and all uses, purposes or safe transport including optical disc storing, shipping, packaging, handling, is the responsibility of the customer to determine. All claims made, whether written, verbal or otherwise, by Univenture, Inc., or it's Agents/Employees relating to product safeness or protectiveness is a guideline for the customer to verify through actual testing at the customer's expense.

Warranty
UNIVENTURE, INC. MAKES NO WARRANTIES EXCEPT AS SET FORTH BELOW AND HEREIN. THE WARRANTY SET FORTH BELOW IS IN LIEU OF AND EXCLUDES ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. WARRANTY THE REMEDIES OF ANY BUYER FROM UNIVENTURE, INC. (AND ITS LIABILITIES) ARE LIMITED SOLELY AND EXCLUSIVELY TO REPLACEMENT OR REPAIR OF A DEFECTIVE UNIVENTURE, INC. PRODUCT WHEN THAT PRODUCT WAS DEFECTIVE AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE AND IS RETURNED TO UNIVENTURE, INC. WITHIN NINETY DAYS OF PURCHASE FOR REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES IS UNIVENTURE, INC. LIABLE TO ANY PERSON FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND WHATSOEVER WHETHER ANY CLAIM OR POTENTIAL CLAIM IS BASED UPON THEORIES OF CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE OR TORT
