Chad Hummell Chad Hummell joined the Univenture team in the fall of 2006. He brought with him a very diverse background in government relations, business management and sales. Chad's career began as the senior manager for a specialty machine shop where he gained valuable government contracts. Next, he started a central Ohio commercial printing sales office for the Champion Industries Corporation, specializing in 4/c commercial printing. Chad also has Public sector experience by serving as Director of the Central Ohio Procurement Technical Assistance Centers. Upon arrival at Univenture, Chad helped UniKeep™ get on the Federal GSA schedule and heads up the Government sales effort. He also helps to support sales of the new EcoEndure™ product line and to spread knowledge and interest in the Algae Initiative, in which algae is being grown and researched for use as an alternative fuel and source for bioplastics. A central Ohio native, he earned his BSBA in Economics and Management at Ohio Northern University. Sheryl Davia Sheryl joined Univenture in May 2002 as an Accounts Payable representative with over 22 years experience in customer relations. In April of 2004 she took on the responsibilities of the customer service representative for UniKeep, LLC (now a Univenture company). In 2006 she was promoted to Customer Care Manager, and in 2007 joined the Univenture Sales Department. Sheryl enjoys the everyday interaction with customers and helping to meet their needs. Kara Dollison Kara joined Univenture in 2000 with over 11 years retail sales experience. Working for a popular gift company on the east coast in retail management has not only given her the ability to offer a level of superior customer service, but to also build relationships for long-term partnerships. Kara attended Ohio State University with major studies in Microbiology and minor studies in Molecular Genetics.

Kevin Freas Kay Rankin Kay joined the Univenture team in November of 2005, bringing over 20 years of previous sales experience in the fields of insurance, real estate and the optical disc industry. Kay enjoys creating strong relationships with her customers to form long lasting business partnerships. Kay attended OSU for Real Estate and the Columbus College of Art & Design, majoring in Fine Arts. Lillian Smith Lillian joined Univenture in March 2008 as the E-Commerce Representative, handling all Web sales. Lillian attended Park University in Parkville, Missouri, with a focus on Business Management. Her 15-plus years of experience in the telecommunication, financial, and chemical industries, coupled with her computer knowledge, make her well suited to assist customers with their Web orders. Kimberly Richardson Kimberly joined Univenture in October of 2009. Kimberly has 14+ years of experience working in the banking, mortgage and advertising industry. Kimberly has lived and worked in Las Vegas, NV, California and Ohio. Kimberly attended Ohio University in Athens, OH and Ohio State University in Columbus, OH majoring in business (accounting / marketing). She enjoys building lasting customer relationships and she values the importance of giving excellent customer service. Sales Force - Western United States - 757.858.7007James Anderson Marvin Coffey Traci Arnds Sales Force - Europe - 353.1.862.0919Aidan McGrath Aidan joined Univenture Ireland in May 2007 as acting Sales Manager and has since gone on to take the permanent position in December 2007 of European Sales Manager. Aidan's background consists of over 15 years experience, working within the Motor Finance department of Bank of Ireland Finance, and Operations Manager for Bank of Ireland's Fleet Department, as well as Leasing and Fleet Sales Manager for Opel Ireland. Aidan's main focus throughout his career has been sales and customer service for corporate accounts. Aidan has spent most of his time working within Ireland and dealing with European clients. Naoise Traynor Naoise joined Univenture in May 2007 as a Customer Service Representative and was promoted to Sales Representative soon after, serving the UK and Irish Markets. Naoise's previous employment has given her a significant background in customer service. She worked for six years as Sales Coordinator and Personal Assistant to the Sales Director of Expd8 Ltd., a Client Management Software Company. Erika Kollath Erica joined Univenture as a customer service representative in August of 2009 and will be working with customers in the German and Eastern Europe market. Prior to joining Univenture, Erika worked as an account representative for Google Ireland LTD in Dublin. Erika also worked as an account manager for FMF KFT, servicing refrigeration equipment customers in Germany, Austria, Belgium and Denmark.
